Movement, health and well-being have been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember.

Growing up in Texas as the youngest of five sisters, I learned early on the values that still guide me today: commitment, curiosity and giving your very best in everything you do. These principles inspired me to follow my passion and build a career dedicated to helping others feel stronger, healthier and more connected to themselves.

For over 20 years, I have been teaching and coaching people through mindful movement, combining expertise, experience and a genuine passion for helping every client reach their individual goals.

My goal is simple: to help you feel stronger, move better and enjoy a healthier, more balanced life. Every session is tailored to your individual needs, ensuring you feel supported, challenged and inspired along the way.
